Heart Centered Meditation
Is a simple practice of moving from the intellect to the wisdom and kindness of the heart.  As we gain experience of ourselves from our heart’s perspective, we may also experience healing shifts in our mind, body, emotions and spirit.  Opening and relaxing into our heart’s awareness of the gifts of our precious human life helps us live a more fulfilling, harmonious life.
