Beth Bright has a gift for seeing the needs of someone, and works through acupuncture and Chinese Herbs.  I was amazed at her understanding of the herbs and her art of mixing special formulas and selecting herbs for certain needs.

I was helped with calming menopause issues, ie. mood, hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, sleep disturbances, depression, etc.  Women who experience menopause can identify with these issues.  Also a special formula for thyroid was very helpful and worked well with the menopause herbs.  They really went hand in hand.

Acupuncture is always a wonderful experience.  Being balanced with the feeling of energy flow back in the body are the result of Beth's efforts.  After a session with Beth you leave centered, peaceful and calm.
